Hello Scott, |
Over the years my business dealings with Scott Nicholson can be measured by their fairness, accuracy, and above all profitability. I appreciate and respect Scott for his tenacity, diplomacy, and his successes. Best Regards, |
I bought my first property with Scott's assistance in June of 1998. Since then I've purchased 3 more properties with his guidance. Each "venture" has had its own unique challenges and "roadblocks" during which Scott never waivered. He fully supported me throughout the entire process from buying/selling to close. I've also referred Scott to several friends that have had the same experience. Over the years I've known Scott to be honest, patient, and conscientious. He is not in this business for the money...he's in this business because he enjoys and cares about people. I believe that caring about people is the most important characteristic needed in order to have long-term success in this business. Scott has proven this to be true. As a result of our business relationship and subsequent friendship, Scott has inspired me to become a realtor. Last August I earned my real estate license and I am now a member of The Discovery Realty Group. |

Hi Scott, |
I have known, and worked with Scott Nicholson for more than 10 years. I consider him a friend, and a truly gifted professional Realtor. Scott is dependable, trustworthy, and has a vast knowledge of the Real Estate business. I retired from Real Estate in 2006 after 30 years as a Realtor, and if and when I need a realtor to work for me I would not consider any one else for the job except Scott. After 30 years in the business I have met and worked with countless realtors, and Scott is in a very small group that I consider a true professional. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. |
| I have known Scott Nicholson for almost 20 years, not as a customer but as a friend. We have shared many adventures, from Hyde Park to The Big Bend National Park, from epic caving in Bustamante, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to laid back paddling on the 1100-spring fed South Llano River in Kimble County, Texas. I met Scott when I moved to Austin to go to The University and moved into an apartment next door to his, and have since watched him evolve from sort of a slacker/wild man into the successful business and family man of today. Scott thinks big. Scott can talk to anyone. Scott always has a positive outlook and is ready for a laugh. Scott is curious about most everything, is always up for learning something new, a discussion or a debate. I count him among my most valued friends. No doubt you will enjoy your dealings with him. When an arsonist destroyed our church buildings, we were at a loss as to know what to do. Our standard procedure sent us to our Lord in prayer. Since our property was quite small and we were kind of bursting at the seams, it was thought that we should explore selling the location and seeking a bigger piece of property on which to rebuild. The problem was we didn't know the first thing about carrying through with such a monumental job. It was at that time that we were put us in touch with Val and Scott. They took it from there. I credit their expertise for quickly marketing our property at a good price. Then they worked hard to acquire raw property in an excellent location on which we could build. I can't possibly say enough good about how they worked in our behalf. They were easy to work with. Honesty and integrity would further describe their actions. I heartily recommend them, and thank them again for their help. I believe the Lord sent them our way. Thank you, Lord Jesus, and thank you Val and Scott. |

Thanks for the demographics & info. Just as you predicted a year ago, the monthly rents are now $695, which I’m thankful for – this property was the best thing I ever did – thanks to you. I will give selling it more hesitant thought and we’ll talk soon. |
